We are looking for a Senior Services Sales Manager to join our Public Sector Professional Services team. This is a US based remote role, reporting to the Director, Service Sales. You will lead the expansion of our Public Sector presence by selling the value of Professional Services to enterprise customers. By collaborating with internal sales teams and channel partners, you will scope complex technical solutions and own the services bookings quota to ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling Professional Services or Technology Solutions in the Security or Software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or achieving services bookings targets in a services organization
  • Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with key partners throughout the delivery process
  • Experience creating Statements of Work and service proposals aligned to customer needs and compelling events
  • Professional experience working within the Public Sector

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with channel partners to create joint plans, build pipeline, and lead opportunities to closure
  • Strong understanding of customer goals and how Professional Services facilitates long-term modernization

Responsibilities

  • Sell the value of Professional Services to prospective and existing enterprise customers
  • Work with internal teams—including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Architects—to integrate services solutions into comprehensive proposals
  • Own the Services bookings quota in the assigned territory with specific attach rate targets
  • Execute technical scoping engagements with customers to produce proposals, Statements of Work, and resource plans
  • Collaborate with channel partners on joint proposals to ensure customer success
