The Sr Services Program Manager will work closely with account teams to scope out services projects, creating a Statement of Work (SOW) and cost plans in collaboration with technical leads and other organizations within Cadence, including Cadence Finance and Legal. This role is pivotal in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring that all deliverables are successfully managed, executed, monitored, and controlled to achieve customer success and satisfaction. The responsibilities include the creation, maintenance, and tracking of project plans and schedules, as well as managing activities and issues associated with customer engagements. The Sr Services Program Manager will drive project tasks to completion in accordance with schedule, scope, and cost constraints, reporting status and other metrics related to project activity. Proactively identifying, mitigating, and resolving issues is essential, as is managing and setting priorities for resources across teams to achieve project objectives. Fostering an environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability for teams supporting the project is crucial. The role requires providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to the cross-functional team while resolving internal conflicts. Additionally, the Sr Services Program Manager will contribute to best practices and efficiency improvements in operations and processes, ensuring that the team operates at its highest potential.
