Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow core modules and best practices.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience in custom widget creation and Service Portal development.
- Strong background in data integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical interactions.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the overall architectural framework for ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and enhance custom ServiceNow Service Portals for optimal user experience.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex data integrations.
- Oversee deployment and configuration of ServiceNow instances across environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Support proposal efforts by writing sections and providing estimates.
- Create and maintain technical documentation ensuring clarity for stakeholders.
