About The Position

UKG is currently seeking a customer focused, highly energetic, and experienced specialist to join our Payment Services Team as a Sr Service & Support Team Specialist. This role will have overall responsibility for leading and managing the production activities within the Tax Notice team. You will also mentor people, monitor processes and ensure technology is leveraged to exceed customer SLAs. Must actively support process and technology initiatives that will improve the operational performance of the team while delighting customers. Must have the ability to manage difficult customer communications and ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. This position will operate under the direction of the Manager.

Requirements

• Served as the subject matter expert in a role for a service provider or corporation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook, Word and Excel
• 2-5+ years of payroll, garnishment, and/or services industry experience
• Previous experience in a customer service environment required

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of UKGPro is a plus
• Industry-related certifications are desirable, i.e. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
