About The Position

Avery Dennison Hanita USA is seeking a Sr. Service Consultant, Strategic Accounts to join our Customer Support team. This role will be aligned with the Hanita USA business and will provide exceptional Customer Service to assigned strategic customers and accounts, both intercompany and trade. The successful candidate will manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years customer service or related experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Organized and efficient with day to day tasks.
  • Ability to meet deadlines when needed.
  • Strong communication skills (written, spoken and listening).
  • Learn ERP/order entry system and continue to gain proficiencies.
  • Demonstrate excellent Excel/Google Sheets and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts using effortless service skills, anticipating customer needs, and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Complete with accuracy all order related activities including processing (entry), follow-up, pricing integrity, notification, expediting, and post-order feedback.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and Transportation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support sales related activities to ensure pricing accuracy including creating price quotes, quote follow-up and updating price lists when called upon.
  • Work with Sales and customers to ensure proper forecasts, make regular updates when needed.
  • Manage inventory in the warehouse.
  • Facilitate & manage all customer claims (opening up a CCF, following up with customers as directed, etc.).
  • Interact with Shared Services (Corporate AR/AP) when needed.
  • Call customers on overdue invoices.
  • Create reports (comparing orders, sales, forecasts, and budgets) using the BI.
  • Assist sales team on sales initiatives when called upon.
  • Work with AD Hanita/Israel Purchasing on creating PO's for US vendors when needed.
  • Partner with Sales Manager to implement account service strategies including contacting potential new and old target accounts using various techniques.
  • Be a thoughtful, proactive team member.
  • Support key strategic divisional initiatives.
  • Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives to customers.
  • Work closely with Operations to manage aging material disposition.
  • Manage/Direct Warehouse for Annual Physical Inventory and reconciliation reports.

Benefits

  • Hourly range for this position is $28.00-$32.00/hour.
