About The Position

As a Sr. Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will assume a leadership role in steering our semiconductor manufacturing operations to new heights of excellence. With your distinguished experience in semiconductor manufacturing, your responsibilities will encompass strategic oversight of manufacturing processes, ensuring stringent compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the trajectory of our organization in the semiconductor industry. Leveraging your years of distinguished experience, you will lead strategic oversight of manufacturing operations, driving excellence, innovation, and efficiency.
