As a Senior Scrum Master at Fiserv within our Government Solution Infrastructure/Security workstream PMO team, you will help lead and coordinate various projects involving cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-company teams. You will drive complex, large high-priority implementations, conversions, audit remediations, projects, or component phases of larger programs. This role involves leading a variety of projects including security-focused projects, technical tool implementations, application development projects, and technical infrastructure projects. You will develop, coordinate, and execute project phases, drive communications, and resource activities to ensure effective project delivery. Additionally, you will provide consultative input on our product and system features to clients and ensure adherence to project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management processes.

  • Drive complex, large high-priority implementations, conversions, audit remediations, projects, or component phases of larger programs.
  • Lead a variety of projects including security-focused projects, technical tool implementations, application development projects, and technical infrastructure projects.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute project phases, drive communications, and resource activities to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Provide consultative input on our product and system features to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management processes.
  • Manage Agile work, risk/issue management, and scope change management.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management in a Scrum Master/Project Manager role for security or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • Active Treasury Clearance 2C.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent combination of education, work experience or military experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA.
  • Experience leading Agile transformations in a large, complex environment.
  • PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
