About The Position
Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Scientist, Vector Biology as part of the Vector Biology team based in Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on the design, construction, and testing of lentiviral vector (LVV) plasmids to support gene overexpression and knockout studies. The position involves generating engineered cell lines, producing small-scale LVVs, and conducting molecular and cellular assays to characterize vector function. The ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in upstream, downstream, and analytical development.
