Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred. Military service/training may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of progressive, proven experience.
  • GxP experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills to improve team culture.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical abilities to problem-solve, make timely decisions, prioritize tasks effectively, and function in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client’s sample materials, including daily courier runs, labeling, shipping preparations, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate critical temperature control chambers, including rotational after-hours cell phone coverage.
  • Deliver on contractual commitments, track business metrics, monitor inboxes, and close work orders per service level agreements.
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs, safety procedures, and prepare for site audits using client computer systems.
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices in all record-keeping.
  • Support Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives to drive process improvement culture.
  • Professionally represent Thermo Fisher Scientific across customer locations.
