About The Position
The SCADA Specialist/Sr. SCADA Specialist/Lead SCADA Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to providing primary application & user support for the following: Cygnet, AutoSol and PI Historian. May also support other applications such as Synergi SPS, Airlink Manager, MOVEit, and others. The role involves developing displays for new facilities, which includes all polling configurations, point mapping (links, data files, navigation, communication), display creation, and data validation. These tasks require a significant level of data analysis, coordination, and communication between numerous groups. Additionally, the specialist will update and maintain applications to reflect ongoing operational changes, manage all tickets associated with such changes, and provide customer support to all application users, including problem-solving support for field operations and 24/7 support for the gas control department.
