The SAP SCM Functional Analyst/Architect defines parts of the Enterprise Architecture roadmap and drives execution of strategic technology initiatives in the SAP Supply Chain function, with main focus in SAP Materials Management (MM), and SAP Production Planning (PP) with Cross functional expertise in SD/PM/QM/WM/CO, and experience with Variant Configuration (VC) and other modules of SAP such as PLM, MES, etc. Enterprise Architecture & Strategy Define and maintain the SAP Supply Chain architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives. Provide functional expertise for SAP SCM solutions, focusing on capabilities across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management. Lead solution design for complex initiatives including system transformations, and process harmonization to support business decisions around different planning strategies such as Make-To-Order (MTO), Make-To-Stock (MTS), Configure-To-Order (CTO), and others. Cross-Functional Integration Ensure alignment and integration with related SAP modules including Sales & Distribution (SD), Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Controlling (CO). Collaborate with architecture and platform teams to support integrations with broader manufacturing and product lifecycle ecosystems. Requirements

  • Deep functional and solution architecture expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Production Planning (PP).
  • Proven experience designing solutions to support enterprise-scale SAP supply chain processes in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, including procurement, planning, production and manufacturing, and inventory management.
  • Experience leading SAP solutions for large implementations or transformation programs.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into technology architecture and roadmap.
  • Ability to create detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical team to lead solution delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Cross-functional expertise across SAP modules such as SD, PM, QM, WM/EWM, or CO.
  • Experience/knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC) and complex product configuration scenarios.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and product lifecycle solutions such as SAP PLM, Teamcenter, MES, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA supply chain solutions and digital manufacturing ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
  • Self-driven professional who proactively identifies opportunities, challenges, and improvements without requiring constant direction.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for solution design, delivery, and long-term sustainability of SAP supply chain systems.
  • Collaborates effectively with business and IT stakeholders while maintaining accountability for overall solution success.
