About The Position

The primary role of the Process Engineer is to advise and support SAP Project Teams in the design, configuration, implementation, and testing of SAP. The Process Engineer will also support the business process community in managing and optimizing the SAP System and ensure quality of the SAP system consistent with TKMNA PMO processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and oral), organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high intensity environment
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university with three to five years related ERP experience and/or comparable experience working in a process and systems-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop SAP system design and configure solutions to enable corporate strategic objective and drive business value
  • Direct and coordinate all activities associated with the SAP application including design, testing, configuration, and deployment of current and future functionality
  • Work through complex SAP process problems and document the business process as configured in SAP, test and ensure proper integration with other modules
  • Participate in or facilitate business process definition workshops
  • Promote resolution of business requirements through standard system functionality
  • Perform detailed configuration of SAP modules to replicate the required business processes
  • Provide input on technical implications of specific requirements of SAP solutions, including data conversion, development of technical objects and interfaces
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the other project team members
  • Conduct and coordinate testing of all SAP upgrades and patches
  • Organize the exchange of problems with SAP / Partners
  • Define custom application requirements and work with other team members to design, test, implement and deploy the custom applications
  • Work closely with other process teams to facilitate project progress and to ensure an integrated system solution
  • Conduct training and retraining as needed
  • Manage the change management process
