As a SAP FICA Functional Lead, you will make an impact by driving enterprise-level design and implementation of SAP FI-CA processes for complex financial environments. You will be a valued member of the SAP Consulting team and work collaboratively with finance stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, as well as clients. In this role, you will: Lead enterprise-level design and solutioning for FI-CA processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and operational efficiency. Manage SAP FICA implementation teams, driving delivery excellence and adherence to governance frameworks and project timelines. Prepare and validate detailed Functional and Technical Design Documents (FSDs/TDDs) for advanced contract accounting scenarios. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate contract accounting, reconciliation, and reporting across multiple business units. Conduct workshops and provide advisory on FICA optimization strategies, leveraging automation and analytics for improved performance.
