We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) professional with deep expertise in configuring and integrating SAP PM with field scheduling and mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), including notifications and work orders, and strong knowledge of integration with SAP modules such as FI, MM, CO, as well as non-SAP systems like GIS. A solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential.

  • Configure and maintain SAP PM and EAM functionalities, including notifications, work orders, and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Integrate SAP PM with field scheduling tools and mobility solutions to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Manage work order integration with SAP FI, MM, CO modules and external systems such as GIS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across platforms.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies effectively for project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for SAP PM processes and configurations.
  • 5–8 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Strong expertise in SAP PM configuration and integration with field scheduling and mobility solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with work order management and integration across SAP FI, MM, CO modules.
  • Familiarity with GIS integration and related non-SAP systems.
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle management with practical experience in Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for asset management and maintenance.
  • SAP certification in Plant Maintenance or related modules.
