About The Position

Key Responsibilities: SAP FI (Financial Accounting) o Configure and support SAP FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting o Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities o Ensure accurate financial postings and statutory reporting o Support tax, depreciation, and financial statement configurations o Integrate FI with MM and SD processes SAP CO (Controlling) o Configure and support Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and CO-PA o Support budgeting, planning, and variance analysis o Ensure proper cost allocations, settlements, and assessments Implementation & Support o Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO functional activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment o Act as a subject matter expert for SAP FI/CO modules o Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and recommend best-practice SAP solutions o Configure SAP systems to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals o Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration documents o Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations o Coordinate with SAP technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to ensure seamless solution delivery o Lead and support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects o Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements o Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices o Support change management, user training, and documentation efforts o Support or participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or migrations o Work with Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Fiori applications o Assist in data migration and system conversion activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or IT
  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling processes, and SAP integration points
  • Experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and integration
  • Understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA tables, data flows, and reporting
  • Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance certification
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance conversion or greenfield implementations
  • Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation
  • Industry experience: Automotive Supplier and/or Automotive Manufacturing
  • SAP Global Implementation experience
  • Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
  • Leadership and mentoring capability
