We are seeking an experienced technical manager to lead the Salesforce engineering teams supporting Renewal by Andersen. This leadership role is critical in overseeing all aspects of managing the Salesforce platform, including DevOps, development, quality assurance (QA), and support. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This job requires a combination of technical expertise, including past hands-on engineering experience, and leadership skills to work closely on converting business requirements into technical solutions and to handle escalated issues related to Salesforce delivery and support.
