The successful candidate will be able to design technical architecture solutions that span multiple Salesforce products and include integration and authentication across systems; solves complex, large-scale business challenges to produce secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that maximize the full potential of the Salesforce Platform. Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture. Lead in the development and implementation of new Salesforce-based solutions. Map business requirements to system/technical requirements Recommend best practice solution designs based on client business needs Is instrumental in leading the roadmap to implement multiple different Salesforce technologies, like Experience cloud, Sales cloud, Service cloud (Lightening, Omnichannel ), Knowledge, Einstein Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution Escalation Point for technical issues. Solution components that are outside of the Salesforce platform: - Expert platform knowledge Security Integration (including a technology/not just) and data Migration End to End Technical Solutions Play TA role on projects: typically, on more than 1 project at a time.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years work experience).
  • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
  • Significant CRM experience with deep, hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect .com and other certifications, required
  • Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus
  • 5 years of consulting experience preferred
  • Able to present to executive level audience
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and approach problems with a flexible mind-set
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
