Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture. Lead in the development and implementation of new Salesforce-based solutions. Map business requirements to system/technical requirements Recommend best practice solution designs based on client business needs Is instrumental in leading the roadmap to implement multiple different Salesforce technologies, like Experience cloud, Sales cloud, Service cloud (Lightening, Omnichannel ), Knowledge, Einstein Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution Escalation Point for technical issues. Solution components that are outside of the Salesforce platform: - Expert platform knowledge Security Integration (including a technology/not just) and data Migration End to End Technical Solutions Play TA role on projects: typically, on more than 1 project at a time.
