Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development tools, including Salesforce DX.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Architect) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage DevOps pipelines and automation processes to support Salesforce development and operations.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline the release management process and improve deployment efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, integration, and performance of Salesforce applications.
  • Implement best practices for configuration management, version control, and infrastructure automation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and assist in their professional development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and Salesforce ecosystems.
