Zennify is looking for a Sr. Consultant to join our team! You will work alongside project team members to ensure requirements, user stories and testing meet client and team expectations. You will help support and lead client discovery, client demos and other client and team interactions. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, writing user stories and test criteria, and supporting test and training execution. You will work closely with all team members, acting as a coach and mentor to more junior resources. The ideal candidate should possess BA experience as well as a passion for problem-solving, details and analysis to help teams and clients succeed.

Coordinate, lead, & facilitate client discovery, workshops & refinement sessions to generate & clarify requirements
Complete Train the Trainer & Functional Knowledge Transfer activities
Participate in project teams to support the execution of all project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system and user testing, deployment, training and post go live support
Effectively translate customer requirements, both functional and technical, into well-organized, documented user stories for team development, including acceptance criteria and design considerations
Demonstrated experience in using Jira for project management, task tracking, and collaboration within an agile or software development environment
Effectively translate and communicate customer user stories to other project team participants in order to support team implementation activities
Facilitate meetings with senior team members, both internally and client facing to ensure detailed requirements and best practices are fully discussed, understood and documented
Create business process flows, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria
Support, prep and lead sprint demos to showcase build activities to the client and facilitate feedback discussions
Builds, organizes, grooms and maintains the project backlog, ensuring the backlog is prioritized and aligned to project and team objectives
Work closely with senior team members to ensure deliverables meet requirements; create and maintain documentation as required
Support team with testing execution against user stories and test plans against all phases of an engagement, including test scenario execution, testing results documentation and defect tracking and resolution
Create project documentation as required
Manage UAT processes with client & team members
Ability to perform & troubleshoot configuration in permissions, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards & reports, user permissions & other Salesforce components as related to configuration
Understand & troubleshoot Salesforce flows
Engage in issue resolution by supporting team members to resolve complex defects or build needs to meet requirements
Work with a team to solve highly complex system and business process problems
Mentor and coach team members to ensure outcomes are met
Produce on-time, quality project deliverables
Contribute to a collaborative team environment through internal knowledge sharing and skill development
Ability to engage in multi-cloud, multi-phase, complex engagements for commercial and enterprise level strategic clients
Support training efforts and document for project deployment

Two or more Salesforce partner certifications
Three or more years in a client facing role
Two or more years as a business analyst or consultant
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and work within a team
Ability to manage priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Working knowledge of Agile practices, including user stories and sprint planning
Understanding of the SDLC and key phases of application development
Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and support testing activities
Hands-on experience with Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, or Experience Cloud
Understanding of data models, data migration basics, and testing practices
Experience with FSC relationship structures and financial account components
Working knowledge of nCino lending workflows, approvals, and documentation needs
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements
Comfort assessing data flows, identifying gaps, and supporting integration discussions
Strong analytical approach to problem solving, scenario design, and defect triage
