As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll manage day-to-day operations of SimuTech’s Salesforce environment and partner with the Salesforce Administration Lead to execute platform strategy and enhancements.

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud, Sales Engagement, Account Engagement, Data Cloud, Certinia).
  • Build and manage automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes).
  • Ensure data integrity through cleanup, de-duplication, and governance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership.
  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 user support, onboarding, and training.
  • Collaborate on integrations with tools like ZoomInfo, Conga, Sales Navigator, Outlook, Teams,PowerBI.
  • Execute roadmap enhancements and participate in UAT and deployments.
  • Maintain compliance with security, permissioning, and governance standards.
  • 3–5+ Years of Salesforce Administration Experience– Advanced configuration and automation skills.
  • Salesforce Certifications– Administrator required; Advanced Administrator preferred.
  • Technical Expertise– Strong experience with Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and data management.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills– Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Communication & Training Skills– Comfortable leading sessions and creating user resources.
  • Process-Improvement Mindset– Always looking for ways to optimize and automate.
  • Integration Experience– Familiarity with third-party tools and Certinia(FinancialForce) a plus.
