We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support that enables the sales team to perform efficiently and maintain a well-structured sales pipeline. The role focuses on managing CRM systems, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, data, and reporting to support informed decision-making. This role is critical for strengthening sales operations, improving pipeline visibility, and supporting the successful execution of sales strategies and team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, CRM administration, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, including pipeline management and data maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and data-driven technologies that support sales operations and productivity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in managing records, reports, and sales documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams and sales leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in data and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline by ensuring accurate updates and tracking of opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Provide backend administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, data management, and coordination of sales-related activities.
  • Administer and maintain CRM systems, including data entry, record updates, workflow management, and system organization.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage contacts, deals, and sales activities while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on pipeline status, lead progress, and opportunity management.
  • Support sales operations initiatives by assisting in process improvements, documentation, and system optimization.
  • Assist the Sales Director in executing strategic sales initiatives, monitoring key performance metrics, and supporting planning activities.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Support team engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and overall sales team culture.
