About The Position
ADP is hiring a Sr. Sales Strategy & Ops Specialist within our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE). This hybrid role is based out of our Maitland, FL, or Florham Park, NJ offices, and qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to one of these locations. The Sr. Strategy & Ops Specialist will play a crucial role in driving insights and supporting the sales organizations in enhancing reporting and analytics. As a key member of the Commercial Operations team, you will leverage your analytical and technical skills along with your business acumen to proactively maintain and improve our reporting metrics, analysis, and relationships with our partners. In this position, you will partner and consult with sales leaders and operations partners to provide quick turnaround on day-to-day business-critical responsibilities.
