About The Position

The Senior Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving commercial growth and strategic customer engagement for INTEGRA™ Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) and Tubular Running Services (TRS) across the Permian Basin. This role serves as the primary commercial interface between Nabors operations, customers, and business development leadership. The position combines strong field presence, technical understanding of drilling operations, and commercial leadership to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and convert opportunities into profitable business. The Senior Field Sales Representative is expected to proactively identify market opportunities, support commercial strategy, and ensure strong alignment between field operations and customer expectations.
