Position Summary: The Sales Rep is responsible for managing and developing a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies of more complex profiles. Responsibilities include building relationships with agencies, optimizing growth potential of assigned agencies, prospecting and appointing new agencies, exceeding or meeting year over year goal objectives, utilizing Mercury sales tools, developing competitor intelligence, and collaborating with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions.
