KDP is seeking a Sr Analyst to join our Analytics & Operations team working with the Cold Beverages Route to Market. This individual's primary responsibility will be to lead the development and management of reporting and forecasting tools to effectively track performance across the business. By leveraging various types of data reporting (internal sales, syndicated, etc.), this individual will help identify Route-to-Market sales opportunities, and propose solutions into corrective actions for the field sales teams and Executive Leadership regarding annual sales objectives on key brands, innovation, and emerging brand launches. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, process driven, analytical, technically apt solutions oriented, and can manage multiple projects at once. The candidate will work with the other members of the Forecasting & Execution Excellence team to share the best practices and work on ad hoc cross-system projects as needed. And, as the key connection between the field sales team and HQ, they will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain as needed.
