We are hiring a Sr Sales Planner to join our talented in-house Field Sales Strategy Team within our highly successful fast growing Foodservice Business. This team is responsible for providing business analysis and project management to ensure the company's long-term strategic objectives are met. We will need you to perform standard business reporting and analysis to support sales programs and will utilize systems and data to identify and resolve business issues. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience) plus a minimum of 4+ years' experience in an analyst, sales or sales operations role
  • Data Reporting and Analysis and/or finance expertise
  • Project management and process improvement oriented
  • MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and streamline existing programs and recommend process improvements to support the business.
  • Deliver information via presentations or written documentation as needed to support business initiatives.
  • Provide insights to Corporate Accounts and Sales Directors.
  • Participate in business process improvement initiatives, leveraging system and business knowledge along with continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners (IT, finance, customer sales, human resources, operations, etc.) to implement and improve processes, provide information or support, and support organizational changes.
  • Ad hoc special projects, reporting, and analysis.
  • Other Duties as assigned relating to product and customer segments.
