We have an open role for a Sr. Sales Merchandise Coordinator in Walker, MI Responsible for assisting the entire National and Field Sales organization in the execution and implementation of annual Sales plan. The Sr. Sales Merchandise Coordinator is the entry level position in the Sales department. The individual will understand and execute the deliverables of all National Sales accounts including in-store and digital distribution. This to include owning mass price lists, managing Replink online field sales software, performing competitive market analysis (in-store/digital), coordinating and possibly attending trade shows and many other active duties. It is the expectation that the individual will grow significantly in this position and be promoted within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Replink software for all Field Sales a. Develop and maintain ongoing price list with strong attention to detail b. Consistently communicate new item launch details as products progress through launch schedule c. Utilize cross-functional communication to be aware of necessary product updates, obsolescence, etc.
  • Competitive Market Analysis a. Own total market product assortment matrices; this includes in-store planograms as well as online assortments b. Perform ad-hoc spot analysis for specific retailers and/or product categories and recommend changes as needed
  • Owns process of planning, implementing and follow-through of retailer trade shows
  • Manage internal relationship between Sales and MarComm department a. Ensure retailer needs are being met via proper process b. Establish and deliver against timelines
  • Support Sales needs for price monitoring utilizing Content Analytics tool
  • Manages prototypes, including planning, shipping and coordinating with marketing, models shop and suppliers.
  • Responsible for the execution, distribution and filing of all new product images, videos, corresponding with retailer specific set-up sheets, as well as provide support for programs such as Webcollage.
  • Devotes time required, including unconventional hours, to respond to new projects and other Sales Deparment effort as required.
  • Provide support for all customer and corporate meetings (i.e. Board of Directors, GBU, etc.)
  • There will be the need from time to time to lift product packages.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
