About The Position

As a Sr. Sales Manager for Retail Media at Criteo, you will be responsible for reaching and exceeding individual business development goals while contributing to overall team goals, strategy, and culture. You will provide world-class customer service to drive revenue growth with an existing Large Customer portfolio and have full responsibility for winning a target list of major new business prospects. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships at all levels with brands, brand agencies, and retailers, securing in-person meetings for existing and new partners, and championing new products and solutions to the market. You will also maintain extensive product knowledge and identify trends within the Retail Media industry to generate incremental revenue opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with the Account Strategist team to leverage existing contacts and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce, hitting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets. Occasional attendance at major industry events to represent Criteo and build out the partner network is also expected.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital media sales experience focused on sponsored product, onsite/offsite display, and retailer media networks.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships in the CPG health & beauty categories is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of driving net-new business.
  • Established relationships with key contacts in the Retail Media industry.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional standards in terms of client service.
  • Passionate about new media and Criteo's platform and products.
  • Understanding of how advertising technology works and ability to explain it in everyday terms.
  • Ability to persuade executive level management of Criteo's value proposition.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving company and evolving industry.
  • Knowledge of competing products, networks, and platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time against concurrent business priorities.
  • Comfortable with 25% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with media agencies where required.
  • Champion new products, solutions, and network expansion opportunities externally to the market.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams.
  • Identify and understand trends within the Retail Media industry to help generate incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Account Strategist team members to leverage existing contacts and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce and own both new & existing programming opportunities across multiple products.
  • Hit or exceed quarterly revenue target.
  • Occasionally attend major industry events to represent Criteo and build out our partner network.
