We are currently looking for a talented account executive focused on growing revenue and building new relationships with assigned Political Agencies and clients. Embedded within our Emerging Accounts Team, our Campaign and Causes vertical is one of Samsung Ads’ fastest growing customer categories. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the political arena, streaming video, expertise in data driven audience activation, and a pulse on new multi-channel advertising technologies. With the rapid growth of programmatic activation in Connected TV, this seller should be equally comfortable speaking in terms like PG, PMP, and DSP as they are with insertion orders. This individual must be able to think strategically, anticipate how buying decisions are made, uncover the business needs of key clients and have a proven ability to close deals. Additionally, this sales executive will be the consummate team-player and have the ability to work collaboratively across the sales organization within a fluid and fast-paced environment. The individual should have a passion for video, advanced TV, and the rapidly changing way consumers are viewing premium content across all screens. It’s key to have a pulse on how the political landscape is thinking about and allocating candidate spend to video channels and what solutions they need to do so more seamlessly. This passion and knowledge will fuel the growth of both your and Samsung Ads’ business in both on and off cycle years. This individual should have existing relationships across the political agency buying community, including key senior level contacts. This account executive must be able to drive strategic decisions, anticipate how buying activations are made, uncover the business needs of key clients, and have a proven ability to drive spend through a Demand Side Platforms (DSP), Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), Private Marketplace (PMP), and Insertion Order (IO) buy types. This position will carry an annual revenue goal. This Campaign and Causes Seller position is based in New York City with domestic US travel as needed. You will report to our Emerging Accounts Lead.
