About The Position

As a Sr Sales Manager - Eastern Territory here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. You will report directly to our Director of Sales and you'll work in the United States on a fully remote work schedule (plus over 50% travel within region). In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. By effectively leading and managing a team of sales representatives, you will drive revenue growth, contribute to the company's financial success, and strengthen customer relationships. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • "C" level engagement and track record of driving results
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Experience in the AIDC space

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Manage, develop and create forecast as well as pipeline management for the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
