About The Position

The Manager for Digital Media (DMe) Corporate Segment Sales, Americas at Adobe will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for driving revenue from some of the fastest-growing customers. This role involves empowering the team, managing customer engagements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful sales outcomes. The manager will refine sales processes, develop strategic account plans, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS.
  • 5+ years of distinguished sales career with proven achievement.
  • Proven record as a team leader selling a suite of products.
  • Ability to consistently generate revenue and exceed quotas.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.
  • Experience in leading renewals and sales motions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to influence strategy and product roadmap.
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university.

  • Experience with Gen AI and creative efficiency solutions.
  • Familiarity with channel-assisted sales motions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Account Managers to drive Adobe's DMe revenue.
  • Refine sales motion and evolve account expansion processes.
  • Build and implement strategic account plans at territory and account levels.
  • Lead ongoing sales pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasts.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collect market/customer information and provide feedback to the product organization.
  • Engage in joint selling with channel partners and Product Specialists on complex deals.
  • Identify opportunities for training and career growth within the team.
  • Travel as needed for marketing events and customer interactions.
