About The Position

This is not a general sales role. We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive with a proven background in selling staffing / recruiting services. If you have not sold staffing solutions, this role is not the right fit. This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new clients and expanding market share. You will: Prospect and close net-new clients in the staffing space Sell direct hire, contingent, or MSP/RPO solutions Build and manage your own pipeline from scratch Navigate mid-market and enterprise-level sales cycles Engage decision-makers across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement Consistently exceed revenue targets

Requirements

  • 7+ years of staffing sales experience (required)
  • Proven success selling staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering, Professional Services, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in new business (hunter mindset)
  • Experience working with MSP, RPO, or contingent workforce models
  • Strong network within HR / TA / Procurement communities
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
