About The Position

We’re partnering with a growing, forward-thinking staffing organization that is changing how companies access talent. If you’ve built business in the professional staffing space and know how to close, this is a strong opportunity to step into a model that’s built for scale. This is a true hunter role focused on new client acquisition. You will be selling into enterprise and mid-market organizations, introducing a more modern approach to delivering direct hire and contingent staffing solutions. If you’re not comfortable prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new business — this is not the role.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of staffing sales experience (required)
  • Proven success selling staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering, Professional Services, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in new business (hunter mindset)
  • Experience working with MSP, RPO, or contingent workforce models
  • Strong network within HR / TA / Procurement communities
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new client partnerships (enterprise + mid-market)
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach through close
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Build relationships with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and MSP leaders
  • Drive revenue through both direct hire and contingent staffing solutions
  • Represent the company in industry events and conferences
