As a Senior Sales Engineer at Conga, you’ll be a strategic partner to our Sales team, helping customers envision how Conga’s solutions can transform their business. You’ll lead technical discovery, craft compelling demonstrations, and guide prospects through complex evaluations. You’ll also mentor junior SEs, contribute to product feedback loops, and help shape the future of Conga’s go-to-market strategy. This role is pivotal to Conga’s continued growth and customer success. As a key contributor, you’ll help accelerate sales cycles, influence product innovation, and deliver value-driven solutions that solve real business challenges. Your work will directly impact how we differentiate in the market, build lasting customer relationships, and drive scalable revenue growth.

  • Lead technical discovery and craft compelling demonstrations for customers.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, enterprise applications (Salesforce, Dynamics, CPQ, CLM), and APIs.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, or similar.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
  • A passion for helping customers succeed and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and team events.
  • Experience with Conga products or similar platforms (e.g., document automation, contract lifecycle management, revenue operations).
  • Ability to map complex data structures and articulate their impact on business processes.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier).
  • A process improvement mindset and a knack for spotting opportunities to scale and optimize.
