As a Healthcare Sales Engineer, you will be the technical champion for our Agentic Process Automation and AI-driven solutions.   • Drive Healthcare Innovation: Leveraging your expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), supply chain, and patient engagement expertise to position and sell automation solutions
  • Being a Technical Authority: Serving as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies
  • Serve as a go-to resource on APA, AI agents, LLMs, and RPA, sharing insights and best practices with teams and clients
  • Lead Value-Based Selling: Actively leading and managing technology evaluations of the sales process, working closely with the sales team to position solutions based on business outcomes, focusing on maximizing deal size and customer impact
  • Influencing Stakeholders at All Levels: Communicate effectively with executives and technical teams to align solutions with their goals
  • Craft Client-Centric Solutions: Demonstrating and co-developing tailored solutions that address clients' unique challenges, highlighting the potential ROI and strategic benefits
  • Leading Strategic Evangelization: Leading client workshops and promoting best practices through industry events and marketing—while staying ahead of healthcare trends to strengthen Automation Anywhere’s market position
  • Building Strategic Relationships: Cultivate long-term client partnerships throughout the sales cycle
  • Developing and Share Reusable Resources: Develop demos, videos, and presentations to support sales teams, partners, and customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, healthcare, or a related field
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including strong knowledge of enterprise sales
  • 2+ years in pre-sales or sales engineering, focused on Intelligent Automation, Cloud, or Generative AI
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare industry, especially in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), hospital systems, and regulations
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and value-based selling in complex enterprise settings
  • Familiar with automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) and basic deployment concepts
  • Strong understanding of advanced AI solutions like RAG, LLMs, and GPT-based technologies
  • Travel up to 50% on short notice to meet client and business needs
  • Equally at ease preaching to a room full of C-level stakeholders and building product integrations across technologies
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Experience across various virtualization options, cloud providers, orchestration standards, cognitive standards, etc.
  • Ability to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to build strong and lasting relations
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Eminence experience desired.
  • Strong influencing skills are a must
  • Organized and analytical with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive
  • Automation Anywhere certification or similar is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in automation development or leading automation initiatives in a COE is highly valued
