We are seeking a rockstar Sr. Sales Enablement Program Manager - Field Onboarding to manage and scale high-impact global onboarding programs for our Sales and Field Engineering teams. This role will be a key contributor to the success of Field Onboarding at Databricks, bringing exceptional program management expertise as we architect, build, and scale Field Onboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, has managed the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person enablement events in a supporting or lead role, and has a track record of being data-driven in measuring program impact.
