Phreesia is seeking a self-starter Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to lead and execute strategic enablement initiatives for our Client Experience team (sales) for our Network Solutions department. This role will drive cross-functional go-to-market efforts, develop and audit sales tools and collateral, lead onboarding for Network Solutions hires, facilitate product training and upskilling, and create tailored playbooks to support sales productivity and transformation. Acting as a connector across CE sales leadership, marketing, sales operations, strategy, and market development, the Sr. Associate will ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives. You will rely on your previous sales and project management skills as you coordinate sales resources, reinforcing company positioning, and delivering targeted coaching and feedback.
