We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Development & Marketing Assistant to support revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through thoughtful digital outreach and direct prospect engagement. This role serves as a critical first touchpoint with prospects and sits at the intersection of sales and marketing. You will research and engage target accounts through inbound and outbound channels, including LinkedIn, email, and social outreach, using marketing-developed assets to generate qualified conversations and meetings. Working closely with Executive Account Managers and the U.S.-based sales team, you will conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, nurture early-stage pipeline, and develop relationships with key influencers within target accounts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally.
