We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Development & Marketing Assistant to support revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through thoughtful digital outreach and direct prospect engagement. This role serves as a critical first touchpoint with prospects and sits at the intersection of sales and marketing. You will research and engage target accounts through inbound and outbound channels, including LinkedIn, email, and social outreach, using marketing-developed assets to generate qualified conversations and meetings. Working closely with Executive Account Managers and the U.S.-based sales team, you will conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, nurture early-stage pipeline, and develop relationships with key influencers within target accounts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally. This role offers exposure and career growth across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related teams.

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage B2B prospects through outbound prospecting and digital outreach (email, LinkedIn, social)
  • Own lead engagement from initial contact through qualification, discovery, demos, and handoff or deal closure as required
  • Assess, prioritize, and manage leads from inbound, outbound, partner, and event-driven sources
  • Write and personalize sales and marketing messaging using approved marketing assets to generate qualified meetings
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue-related KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach performance, and contribute insights to sales strategy and market development
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience supporting sales teams through digital outreach and leveraging marketing assets to drive engagement
  • Strong sales and marketing writing skills, capable of personalizing messaging while maintaining efficiency at scale
  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and client engagement best practices
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) for lead management and follow-ups
  • Experience with Go High Level for lead tracking, workflows, or campaign support
  • Advanced use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
  • Working knowledge of Canva for light asset edits or assembly
  • Basic familiarity with Adobe tools (Acrobat, Illustrator)
  • Ability to work autonomously with high-level direction, including in remote settings
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Strong judgment in prioritizing outreach and follow-up activities
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Experience selling to decision-makers (C-level, VPs, Directors) in mid-market to enterprise organizations is a plus
