The Sr. Sales Analyst role at Lamb Weston is a pivotal position within the Commercial Finance organization, primarily focused on supporting all Foodservice Operator Sales initiatives. In this role, the Sr. Sales Analyst will update and run key performance reports for the sales organization, which include KPI performance, annual business plans, focus initiatives, and identifying distribution gaps. The analyst will compile and analyze reports to meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements, which may encompass P&L analysis, margin reviews, pricing strategies, fill rates, and order performance metrics. Additionally, the analyst will perform ad-hoc analyses using data from various systems and will be expected to explain the results to all levels of the organization. The position also involves building specialized tools to assist the sales team in executing future sales strategies and providing training on key reporting tools. The Sr. Sales Analyst will manage the relationship of reporting data related to Operators through Distributors and support internal best practices while providing guidance to other internal customers. Furthermore, the role includes managing the reassignments of Master Data integrity, ensuring that data remains accurate and reliable for decision-making processes.
