Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in digital advertising formats, platforms, ad-tech ecosystems, and performance metrics.
  • Track record of success in pitching and closing deals with brands, agencies, and influencer marketing teams.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a consultative, client-first approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Highly driven self-starter with a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of advertising accounts with a focus on long-term client success and revenue growth.
  • Lead the sale of dynamic digital ad formats, including banners, rich media, interactive experiences, and emerging platforms.
  • Hunt for new business through outbound outreach, strategic partnerships, and leveraging referrals—relentlessly building your pipeline.
  • Partner with internal marketing, product, and creative teams to craft compelling advertising campaigns that drive results.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize proactively to maximize client ROI and satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on digital ad trends, consumer behavior shifts, and technology developments.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reports and insights to both clients and internal stakeholders to inform future strategies.
