As a Sr Ruby on Rails Engineer at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for efficiently implementing agreed-upon functionalities in collaboration with the Customer Product and Management teams. Your role will involve conducting detailed code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and working closely with the UI/UX Team, Frontend Team, and Product managers/owners from both the Customer and GlobalLogic sides to ensure smooth and timely delivery. You will also be tasked with converting the existing UI to align with the new design system.
