About The Position

Requirements

  • Expert‑level knowledge of top RPA platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Kofax
  • Strong proficiency with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, and .NET
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide, influence, and develop talent
  • Advanced debugging skills and hands‑on experience developing APIs
  • Strong foundation in HTML, JavaScript, and workflow‑based logic
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and enterprise system integrations
  • Ability to produce detailed technical specifications and lead solution design efforts
  • Strong analytical thinking and exceptional problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and bring clarity to complex challenges
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple high‑priority tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on RPA development experience, including leadership in automation projects

Nice To Haves

  • UiPath certifications such as UiRPA or UiARD preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially dental, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of complex RPA solutions across multiple platforms and business systems
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for all RPA technologies, with deep expertise in UiPath
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate organizational needs into scalable, high‑value automations
  • Track and optimize bot performance with a target of 100% utilization, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high‑priority production issues while establishing proactive measures to prevent recurrence
  • Design automation architectures aligned with best practices and the Robotic Operating Model
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing hands‑on coaching, code reviews, and guidance on RPA standards
  • Produce high‑quality documentation including technical specifications, solution designs, and process overviews
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
  • Monitor project timelines, communicate constraints, and escalate risks appropriately
  • Support automation deployments and participate in an on‑call rotation to troubleshoot production issues when needed
  • Perform additional tasks and strategic initiatives as assigned
