We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to help in transforming how our business operates through innovative solutions and world-class customer experiences. We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting and scaling our internal systems and processes throughout the entire prospect and customer journey. Focusing on process improvements and analyzing processes for the sales organization as well as tools used for optimal performance. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and optimization of key internal systems that support our sales and customer operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, process thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operations and exceptional internal support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in a business systems, operations, or technical analyst role—preferably within a SaaS or software company.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead routing tools/processes.
  • Proven ability to document and analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain an efficient and scalable lead routing system that ensures timely and accurate distribution of leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Manage and optimize the customer request intake and tracking system to ensure quick resolution and a streamlined experience for internal teams and customers.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system workflows, data flows, and operational processes across sales and customer functions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal system escalations with IT, coordinating and driving issues to resolution.
  • Configure and support the rollout of new sales tools, features, and processes to align with go-to-market strategies and improve team efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide ongoing support and training.
