We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as a key analytical partner within our sales operating rhythm and an end-to-end owner of our commissions program. This is a strong opportunity for a finance or accounting professional looking to transition into a more business-facing role. This role is accountable for the accuracy, integrity, and evolution of commissions across the go-to-market organization and acts as the single point of contact for all commissions-related questions. This role helps drive the forecasting and reporting motion, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and leadership in addition to commissions ownership through tools such as Clari, Salesforce, and Spiff. This is a highly visible, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives on precision and operational excellence. Small errors erode trust—this role exists to prevent them.
