The Senior Revenue Data Analyst (System Testing & Implementation) plays a vital role in validating and enhancing Hertz's next-generation revenue management system - an innovation that will revolutionize our pricing capabilities. In this role, they leverage data to test functionality, ensure accuracy, and identify opportunities for improvement. They partner with IT, Product, Analytics, Business, and Vendor teams to confirm that every system component meets business requirements and operates without defects. Key responsibilities include performing user acceptance testing (UAT) of interfaces, validating data integrity, and managing issues from identification to resolution. The analyst also works closely with developers to ensure the system performs seamlessly and delivers measurable improvements in revenue growth and operational efficiency. Success in this role requires both technical depth and business acumen. The analyst will build a strong understanding of revenue management fundamentals, allowing them to grasp the science behind the system. They must be able to shift easily from high-level conversations about functionality to detailed technical discussions that support development. This role demands a proactive mindset. The analyst should feel comfortable raising concerns in real time, anticipating challenges, and recommending solutions before problems escalate. Strong analytical skills are also essential. The analyst must be able to query complex datasets and present insights through clear, compelling visualizations that drive decision-making. Based in Estero, Florida at the Hertz Global Headquarters, the Senior Analyst will report to the Manager of Revenue Management on the Systems Strategy and Analytics team. The starting salary for this role is expected to be around $75k.
