The Senior Plan Implementation Specialist is responsible for all new plans received from the point of sale through the transition to existing business account managers across multiple clients. This includes coordinating all activities with Plan Sponsors, Third Party Administrators, Broker/Agents, Institutional clients and internal groups. The Implementation Specialist is the main point of contact throughout the entire implementation process for all parties; maintaining a detailed project plan that highlights milestones and target dates, providing superior proactive client service. SS&C combines proprietary technology with deep industry expertise to support complex financial and healthcare operations.
