About The Position

By Landmark is currently looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team! By Landmark is a leader in the hospitality industry, that owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as the Liberty House, Hudson House, Stone House, the Ryland Inn, Farmhouse, Felina Ridgewood, and Felina South Orange in New Jersey. We also operate iconic, unique venues in Pennsylvania such as Hotel Du Village, the Logan Inn, and the Elkins Estate. By Landmark specializes in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels that are continuously growing and evolving. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to manage operations at Maddy Rose at The Landing in New Hope, PA. This iconic restaurant offers a wonderful outdoor seating element, gorgeous event spaces, and elevated dining. Requirements

  • Serious restaurant/event GM credentials in a multi-faceted, high-volume venue for a minimum of 10 years
  • Dynamic personality
  • Proven leadership and commitment to excellence
  • Possess a passion for hospitality
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing and able to pass a background check
  • Strong culinary and wine knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Full P & L management. Responsible for overseeing budgets, forecasting, and profitability
  • Be a visible point person during service.
  • Touching tables, making connections with guests
  • Training of the team through daily stand up
  • Embracing the community by participating in local chamber and other community groups
