The Senior Resident Care Coordinator (Senior RCC) is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the Assisted Living, Terrace Club, and/or Reminiscence Neighborhoods. Key responsibilities include participating in resident evaluation and service planning, leading the care manager team to provide high-quality, safe care, collaborating with the Resident Care Director (RCD) for clinical care, and creating staffing and scheduling plans. The Senior RCC also assists in recruiting, hiring, and training team members, and is responsible for team member recognition, engagement, performance management, and evaluations.
