Works with departments to understand user requirements. Proposes technical solutions. Gathers information and provides estimates for project completion. Contacts and manages relations with outside contractors for project completion. Coordinates project from proposal stage through installation. Performs other related duties as required. Program Management: Lead and manage multiple, complex research-related programs, projects, resources from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones, timelines, budget, and deliverables are met. Performance Monitoring: Develop metrics and KPIs to track program performance and outcomes. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program delivery and resource allocation. Risk Management: Collaborate with compliance, legal, and administrative offices to ensure research integrity and regulatory adherence. Change Management: Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies that support the adoption of new systems, policies, and processes across research teams. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Communicate program value, status, and risks to stakeholders, fostering team collaboration. Strategic Planning & Road mapping: Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for research initiatives. Align program objectives with institutional priorities and provide visibility into program progress and future opportunities. Analytics: Leverage analytics to support and optimize research activities, often in clinical or research settings.
