About The Position
The Sr. Research Engineer at Vesuvius will lead and support the development of new products for Slide Gate and Purge Refractory (SGPR) applications, focusing on the steel continuous casting process. This role involves planning and conducting experiments, investigating steel-refractory interactions, and applying findings to enhance the Flow Control business globally. The position also includes managing one or two lab or research technicians, depending on project needs.
